Rock climbing in Sardinia
When all is gloomy and wet in the UK, how about joining Ascents of Adventure in Sardinia. This rock climbing holiday course is perfect for beginners and intermediate climbers. You may even be leading by the end of the week. You'll need a head for heights and a gutsy, go for it attitude. We are based in the small and quiet coastal resort of Cala Gonone.We may even get a route or two done on the bolted sea-cliffs around Alghero. Most of the crags are very close to where we stay, so driving time is kept to a minimum. And after a hard morning or afternoon on the crag, the beach and ice cream shop are often only moments away. Single pitch and multi pitch routes will be climbed during the week.

There will be 4 places available on each trip and the price of £599 per person includes all travel whilst on the island, accommodation (apartment or hotel based B and B), 7 days of instruction and use of all specialised climbing equipment. You'll need to book your own flight to Alghero (Ryanair from London Stansted) and you must have relevant insurance, try www.snowcard.co.uk or www.thebmc.co.uk
